I got to Fort Bragg in good time, despite a long coffee break and nap on the top of Mendocino Pass … Sherwood Road was in good shape, except for the last bit of it, which was rutted and muddy … Cary appeared a short time later, having ridden her 1999 Honda VFR 800 up from San Francisco …
