Riding with the SFMC …

Lots of recipe and kiddie posts recently … time to get back to motorcycles!

We had a fun weekend … on Saturday we woke up early and went down to the San Francisco Motorcycle Club …

The plan was to ride over to a temporary Aerostich store that the famous Minnesota-based motorcycle apparel company had set up in the South-of-Market area of the city …

Cary tried on a Roadcrafter cut for women and wound up buying one …

Here’s the nice woman that helped Cary place her order … It will be a red suit with black accents …

We rode back to the club to meet the Pasadena Motorcycle Club who were in town to steal back the Traveling Trophy that our two clubs pass back and forth … the PMC was founded in 1907, making it one of the oldest clubs in the world … the idea of the Traveling Trophy is to promote fellowship between our clubs … we get to display it in our club until the PMC comes and “steals” it back …

On Saturday night our friend Ryan rented the clubhouse so he could show a presentation of the photos he took on his recent trip to Myanmar … Ryan is a wonderful photographer and has a photo website here and a blog here … we purchased a print of the woman on a bench on his photo website …
