Here is the information from Cary’s time on the Werk Statt dyno … In the top chart, the two black lines at the top right hand side of the illustration. The uppermost is the horsepower from the final run and the dark line just below it is from the fist dyno run …

You can see that Werk Statt demonstrated that our modifications to the intake and exhust resulted in more air flowing through the engine, creating the big dip in the first dyno run …

The final run shows a nice even rise in horsepower, t0 28 … the next two lines on the right hand side of the graph is the torque curve, and you can see the bike initially had a big dip, which was cured by putting larger main jets into the carbs, thereby providing more fuel …

Pretty neat! Our main goal in putting the bike onto the dyno was to ensure that Cary would have no flat spots due to poorly set up carbs, and, thanks to Werk Statt, we accomplished that goal, and improved how the bike was running …

We’ll see how it works out on the track … and how effective our efforts at getting the bike back together …
